How trade orders work
We check each trade request and send the price list for your market by email. Orders are confirmed with a written pro forma: sizes, quantities, crates, gross weight, lead time and the Incoterm.
Before loading, you receive photos of the slabs and the packed crates. Quartz ships with a safety data sheet; tiles for the UK and EU ship with their Declaration of Performance where one applies.
