CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight
As CFR, and we insure the goods to the destination port. Incoterms 2020 requires only minimum cover under CIF (Institute Cargo Clauses C). Ask if you need wider cover.

Import rules to check
- GCC customs duty is generally 5% of the CIF value for goods from outside the GCC. Your broker confirms the rate for each product.
- Import VAT applies at the UAE rate.
Rules and rates change. Confirm them with your customs broker before you order; we send the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment.
